This is not the time for complacency if you really care about Biblical principles and Christian beliefs.  We are facing a time in our country when the freedom to serve our God is being threatened and even forbidden.  We as Christians have been sitting back and refusing to Stand Up and share our faith and take a stand on what is right and wrong.  Our Bible is very clear on what is right and what is wrong.  We say,  “I don’t mix religion and politics”.  Well that is certainly an excuse while our country goes down the tubes.

Our values are slipping away while we hide in our homes and hope someone else will solve the problems.  Well, I think we have seen that someone else has not shown up as our knight in shining armor.  We will each have to take some responsibility and   DO SOMETHING, and the first thing might be to register and then go out on the 6th of November and cast a vote for God.

Our church membership is falling away, our streets are filled with drugs, our precious children are being put in foster care, our foundation is crumbling, and the only way to fix it is to start with the right people in leadership.  We need to start with the local, then the state, and then our federal government.  Learn who these people are and what they stand for and then cast your vote for the ones that most closely believe as you do.  Don’t forget that we need judges that have good strong Christian principles too.

What would our community look like if we could offer good paying jobs to those who are looking?  Then, get rid of our drug and alcohol abuse problem.  People caring for each other and helping when others needed us.  Not being afraid to get our hands dirty and loving all mankind.  Being willing to stand up and pledge allegiance to our flag that stands for a great country.  Being willing to pray and humble ourselves to ask our God to forgive us for the mess we have made.  He tells us in II Chronicles 7:14  “If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways: then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land”.   We so need our country healed.

Soon we may not have the priviledge of voting.   So, PRAY PRAY PRAY AND VOTE VOTE VOTE while we still can!!
