Dire Warning to America and Christians

Howdy Folks,
Happy New Year, but you better wake up!
Let me tell you something about the birth of our nation. The date is April 18, 1775. The British brought their troops into Old Boston by night when everyone was asleep. They were going to take small boats and go across the Charles River and attack Concord and Lexington. The British had their plans. Everyone was asleep but one man and his name was Paul Revere.
When he saw what was going on, he got on his horse and went from village to village, house to house, CRYING out, “Wake Up, Wake Up the British are coming, the British are coming”! He Sounded the alarm, he knocked on doors, and went out into the streets telling the people to wake up. Candles were lit and men began to put their clothes on, grab their muskets and run out the door. These men were called minutemen because they were ready in a minute. They were ready to defend their Honor, Country, Home, and Children because the British were coming. Paul Revere sent out a call and that call was “WAKE UP THE BRITISH ARE COMING”. Today there is another war, a spiritual war, and somebody today needs to be a modern-day Paul Revere to tell the people to Wake Up that the Enemy is Coming, the Enemy is Coming or should I say that the enemy is here.
The sad thing is today the church is asleep snuggled up in her pew with the covers pulled up over her head in the dark. See, the church needs to wake up before it’s too late. The Bible says in Romans 13:11-14 “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.
13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.” That’s what the Apostle Paul is talking about here. This is a wake-up call, THE ALARM HAS BEEN SOUNDED. The Late Great Vance Havner said “Anarchy is in the World. Apostasy is in the Church. Apathy is in the Pew! Look at the World, look at America, we are in a moral Free Fall. I’m amazed at how fast we are falling. We used to have TV shows such as Andy Griffith, Leave It to Beaver, Father Knows Best, and Touched by an Angel. Compare that to the TV shows we have today.
There is Anarchy is in the World and America. Christians are being shut down and told to shut up about their belief. But the Liberals on the other hand are telling Christians that we are Haters, Bigots, and Narrow Minded. They tell Christians the need to be more tolerant of the sins of the world. Let people live the way they want to and get off their backs. Did you know right now that there are more than 90,000 sights where you can pick up PORN? Look at all the Killing, Smash and Grab Robberies, Bullying, Stabbings, Shootings, etc…! Plus, we see the U.S.A government leaders Zoom meetings at the White House with International Gangsters and Murders, like (China, Russia, and many European nations), saying it’s for the Economy’s sake. I say Hogwash!!
There is Also Apostasy In The Church! George Barner who polls churches said that 62% of church people polled said that there is no such thing as absolute truth. If that is true, how can we know that the Bible is TRUE? How can we know what to believe if this were true? It’s a shame but in our churches all across the land, there are Pastors, Priest, and Bishops saying that they don’t believe that the Bible is true, They don’t believe in all the miracles, the birth, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
There is Apathy In The Pew: Where is the Excitement? What are people doing? It’s bad and sad to say but most people who call themselves Christians are yawning and rolling over and going back to sleep. As Paul is saying here it is high time to awaken out of this sleep! High time means TIME IS HERE and Far Spent means LATER THAN YOU THINK. I believe Jesus is at the threshold ready to return, The trumpet Is about to sound. And it’s only by the almighty hand of God that keep the flood gates of Hell from overrunning our world right now. So Christian wake up and get with the program this New Year.
