McDowell County

Marion, NC, June 3, 2024 – The McDowell County Republican Party is excited to announce the launch of our community-wide survey aimed at engaging voters, gathering valuable insights, and building a stronger, more vibrant McDowell County.

We believe that understanding what matters most to our residents is crucial for tailoring our efforts to elevate our local community.

Why: To engage voters, gather insights on the current political environment, and identify what is working and what needs improvement in McDowell County. This information will help us better serve our community and address the needs and concerns of our residents.

When: The survey is available now and will remain open until we have collected sufficient responses to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the community’s views.

Where: The survey can be accessed online at or by scanning the QR code available on our promotional materials. Flyers with the QR code can be found at the GOP headquarters at 150 S. Main Street, Marion, NC, and will be available at various local businesses and community centers.

We encourage all McDowell County residents to participate in this important survey. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will be reported only in aggregate form. Individual responses will never be shared, sold, or provided to any other organization or company.

In appreciation for your time and effort in completing the survey and supporting local businesses, participants will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of two $25 gift cards to either Flavors on Main or J. Hartman’s. The drawing will take place once the survey period concludes.

“BE HEARD!” We value your input and look forward to learning more about what matters most to you. By participating in this survey, you are helping us to make informed decisions that will benefit our entire community.
