Scripture Proves Jesus Is God

Some religious leaders and their supporters deny that Jesus Christ is God Almighty in the flesh based on the following scripture verse; KJV John 14:28; “Ye have heard how I said to you, I go away, and come again unto you. If you love me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for the Father is greater than I. “
How could Jesus Christ and God Almighty be the same if Jesus claims, “For the Father is greater than I”?
Jesus made himself of no reputation, a humble sinless servant (no sins of his own) in the form of a man. The Lord Jesus had to take on the sins of mankind who He came to save. Jesus was laden with the sins of mankind, He became a curse for his elect. God the Father was not cursed, only Jesus. Galatians 3:13, “Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.”
When Jesus became a man on earth he temporally had to delete his holy, divine, righteousness; a glorified and equal relationship with God the Father which He had before the world was. Mathew 27:46 God had to forsaken (totally abandoned) Jesus until after he went to the cross. John 17:5; “And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.”
Philippians 2:5-8, “Let this be in you which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not *robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation. And took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of man: and being found in the fashion of a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.”
Jesus did not want to retain, prove, seize (*robbery – Strong’s # 725 used once KJV) or have the praise, honor, and glory of God Almighty during his earthly ministry because he was laden with the sins of mankind. Until the earthly ministry of Jesus was completed and He was received back up into heaven to be with the Father; Jesus was temporally lower in His greatness than His Father, God Almighty. John 10:30,” I and my Father are one.”
God is our redeemer: “Thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer,” Isaiah 63:16.
Jesus redeemed us: “The Great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ, redeemed us from all iniquity,” Titus 2:13-14
God is the first and the last: “I the LORD, the first, and with the last; I am he. “ Isaiah 41:4.
Jesus is the first and the last: Jesus said, “Fear not; I am the first and the last”. Revelation 1:17.
God is “I Am”: “And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM,” Exodus 3:14.
Jesus is “I AM”: “Jesus said unto them, before Abraham was, I AM,” John 8:58.
God is the judge of the whole earth: “O Lord God, thou judge of the earth,” Psalm 94:1-2.
Jesus is the judge of the whole earth; “The Father judgeth no man, all judgment committed unto the Son,” John 5:22.
“For unto us A CHILD IS BORN, unto us, a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, THE MIGHTY GOD, THE EVERLASTING FATHER, the Prince of Peace”: Isaiah 9:6.
From eternity past and future, Jesus Christ is as holy and glorious as God the Father. Comparing scripture with scripture, spiritual things with spiritual, (1 Corinthians 2:13) is the foundation of understanding God’s Word [Jesus] of knowledge and wisdom. “The Word [Jesus] was made flesh and dwelt among us;” John 1:14.
